That is right folks if they spy on you forget about suing them or anything else because our government voted to protect them.

WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Senate on Wednesday
affirmed its intention to protect from civil lawsuits telecom companies
that helped the government wiretap Americans without court
authorization after the Sept. 11 attacks.

It
turned back three amendments that were offered during final debate on a
bill that overhauls the rules on secret government eavesdropping.

The
votes suggest the surveillance bill will pass by an easy margin later
Wednesday, and signal an end to almost a year of wrangling between the
House and Senate, Democrats and Republicans, and Congress and the White
House over the president's warrantless wiretapping program.

I hope the idiots literally die of boredom spying on me--I'm such a threat to national security. What a bunch of buffoons.

  1. And Good Old "Mr. Change" was right there with the rest of the traitors.

My disgust is beyond words. I keep trying to find a way to put it all out there without a 4-letter word diatribe, but it's hard.

Thanks for coming by guys,,yeah Beth they use the security thing just to make it sound good that big brother is watching you.

My disgust also jolly roger,,you are right on saying it to. We need a candidate that will stand up for the constitution, but it looks as though it ain't gonna happen.

The telecoms will use this loop-hole awarded to them to get anything to slide buy,,we just got sold out to big business.
