Majority of Americans side with Reid, why we may ask? Because Iraq needs to step up and begin to govern itself. If we have an absolute open ended agreement to stay indefinitely there then Iraq is not going to be able to stand on it's own. And don't be fooled of a lot of talking points on the news indicating otherwise, let me say this, of course the PM and officials want us to stay with no talk of ever leaving, if it was our job would not we do the same? But every poll taken of the citizens themselves show otherwise and a big majority percentage last year even condoned attacks on our military, are we to believe this has changed in a few short months as we see the carnage increase day after day?
America is smarter than this my friends, we know by the history and how this war has progressed, we have seen it these past few years, and it scares me even more to think what we have not seen. So it is no amazement to see the majority of Americans when they are polled giving us these numbers, and it is no surprise that a majority of Kentuckians have been polled and we know that Mitch is not on solid ground as he may think, America basically is sick to heart of the B.S and the polls are bearing this out.

    It is true. Bush talks so much about Democracy. But Democracy isn't on his side anymore, and he still does what he wants.

    Hello my friend, about as blatant as one can get. They can't keep throwing the American people this garbage and expect to gain any kind of political ground, take McConnell for instance he has as far as I can tell the most money of any senator up for re-election and he is still in the dark.

    It seems the lesson from November still has not opened their eyes, like I said before the November elections it does not matter that much how much money you throw into the ring, if the people don't agree with your agenda you will lose, in other words you can't take the American people out of the mix and expect to get anywhere.

    I think the American people have been most patient for the past few years, while this war dragged on, they strain and look for improvement but the killing and the car bombs continue, and it is pure stagnation, while we sink billions of "our" tax dollars into this thing, we continue to slide by on our priorities at home such as Medicare,Medicaid,relief for the poor,jobs,etc,etc,.
